VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: CANCELLATION AND DELISTING OF 505 358 GOLDRUSH
HOLDINGS PARTICIPATING PREFERENCE SHARES
Preference shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Goldrush Investments Proprietary
Limited ("Goldrush Investments"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldrush, resolved on 28 November
2024 to declare an in-specie distribution to Goldrush of 505 358 Goldrush preference shares, which were
held as treasury shares ("Distribution Shares").
Preference shareholders are advised that the Distribution Shares have been cancelled by the Company
and will subsequently be delisted on the JSE with effect from 6 December 2024.
The issued share capital of the Company before and after the delisting and cancellation of the
Distribution Shares is as follows:
