Absa Bank Limited wishes to advise noteholders of a partial capital redemption of its ASN405 and ASN406 notes (the
"Notes"), following client requests to partially unwind the respective Notes. Following the repurchase of the unwind units,
the Notes will be partially redeemed with effect from Thursday, 12 December 2024
