In accordance with paragraph 2.7 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
YeboYethu has appointed Tamela Holdings Proprietary Limited (Tamela), as Sponsor to the company, with
effect from 1 January 2025.
Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, a division of Nedbank Limited (NCIB), the company's current
Sponsor, will continue to perform the function of Sponsor until 31 December 2024.
The company wishes to thank NCIB for their services over the years.
