RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of KAL Group (the "Board") wishes to advise that Mr. Isaac Chalumbira, a non-
executive director of the Company, has resigned from the Board, and the board of KAL
Group's subsidiary, TFC Operations Proprietary Limited ("TFC Operations"), with immediate
effect.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Chalumbira for his valuable contribution to the Company
and TFC Operations, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
