Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 9 December 2024, in relation to
the partial capital reduction on the L1A43 notes. The Issuer wishes to notify the L1A43 noteholders
that the reduction amount and amount after reduction contained in the previous announcement was
incorrect. The correct reduction amount is R48 000 000.00 and the amount after reduction is
R595 000 000.00.
