board of directors of the Company:
Following his appointment as Sasol Limited Group Chief Financial Officer, Mr Walt Bruns will resign
as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 11 December 2024 and Ms Cheryl
Pillay has been appointed as a non-executive director in his stead with effect from 12 December
2024, in accordance with the Company's policy on the nomination of directors.
