In accordance with paragraph 2.7A of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Pick n Pay has appointed Rand Merchant Bank (a division of FirstRand Bank Limited) as its JSE Sponsor
with effect from 1 January 2025.
Investec Bank Limited, the Company's current JSE Sponsor, will continue to act in this capacity until 31
December 2024.
The Board of Pick n Pay extends its gratitude to Investec Bank Limited for their valued service and support
over many years.
