NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN CREDIT RATINGS ASSIGNED TO THE ISSUER
In accordance with paragraphs 6.28 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that the S&P Global ("S&P") 'BB' long-term insurer
financial strength and issuer credit ratings of Santam have been withdrawn on 13 December
2024. The South African national scale ratings issued by S&P on Santam have been retained.
