that the Company's 2024 annual integrated report containing, inter alia, the additional information required in terms of
paragraph 8.62 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements ("Listings Requirements") is available on the Company's

Shareholders are further advised that, in accordance with the Listings Requirements, the Company's latest
