Correction of Notification of a Credit Event in respect of the IVC300, IVC303, IVC304, IVC306, IVC307 and
IVC312 Notes
Noteholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 12 December 2024 whereby Investec Bank
Limited provided notice of the occurrence of a Credit Event in respect of Intrum AB, one of the constituent
Reference Entities listed under the:
(i) iTraxx Crossover Index Series 41 (Bloomberg: ITRX XOVER CDSI S41 5Y Corp), which Index is
referenced under the IVC300, IVC303, IVC304, IVC306 and IVC307 Notes (the "Index Series 41 Notes")
and
(ii) iTraxx Crossover Index Series 42 (Bloomberg: ITRX XOVER CDSI S42 5Y Corp), which Index is
referenced under the IVC312 Notes,
the IVC312 Notes together with the Index Series 41 Notes collectively referred to as the "Affected Notes".
The effective date and record date in respect of the Credit Event will be Thursday, 12 December 2024 (not
12 December 2025 as previously announced).
The interest amounts payable on 20 December 2024, were announced on SENS on 18 October 2024. However,
following the Credit Event, the corrected amounts are:
