Pursuant to paragraph 2.5 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised that Rand Merchant Bank, a division of FirstRand Bank Limited
("RMB"), has resigned as debt sponsor to Accelerate, effective 1 January 2025, due to RMB deciding
to wind down its regulatory debt sponsor business.
The board of directors of Accelerate is pleased to advise that Questco Proprietary Limited has been
appointed as the Company's debt and equity sponsors with effect from 1 January 2025.
