NOTICE OF DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on the JSE Limited Stock Exchange
News Service on 28 November 2024 and are advised that the release of AYO's financial results for
the year ended 31 August 2024 ("Financial Results") will not take place on or about 20 December
2024, due to a delay in the finalisation of the audited annual financial statements for the year ended
31 August 2024.
It is anticipated the Financial Results will be released on or about Thursday, 16 January 2025.
