The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited has repurchased
the entire issue of SBEN06 Listed Note issued under its
Structured Note Programme and has requested the JSE Limited
that SBEN06 be de-listed effective 06 January 2025.
The purpose for the repurchase is due to the Noteholders
redeeming all the Notes and have effectively been paid in
full by the Issuer.
The new salient dates for the early termination are set out
below:
Suspension date Tuesday, 31 December 2024
Termination date Monday, 06 January 2025
There is no payment due to paid for SBEN06.
