CHANGE TO DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Shareholders are advised, in accordance with the provisions of
paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, of the following
changes to director responsibilities pertaining to the JSE Board
("Board").
Mr IM Kirk has been appointed as a member of the Group Nominations
and Governance Committee of the Board, effective 2 January 2025. As
an independent non-executive director of the JSE, Mr Kirk will
continue to chair the Group Risk Management Committee of the Board
and serve on the Group Investment and Group Remuneration Committees
of the Board.
Mr TP Leeuw has been appointed as a member of the Group SRO Oversight
Committee of the Board, effective 2 January 2025. As an independent
non-executive director of the JSE, Mr Leeuw will continue to serve
on the Group Sustainability and Group Risk Management Committees of
the Board.
