CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In compliance with rule 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Requirements,
OMLACSA announces the resignation of Mr Peter de Beyer, with effect from 31 December
2024, as an independent non-executive director of the Company.
Board members would like to express their deepest appreciation for Mr de Beyer's
significant contribution to the success of the Group over more than four decades, first as
an executive and then, post-retirement, as a valued non-executive and independent non-
executive member of the Board. Mr de Beyer will continue his association with the Group
as a member of the Board of OM Bank.
