WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary and cautionary renewal
announcements, the last of which was released on 19 November 2024 ("Cautionary"), as
well as the Quarterly Suspension Update announcement released on 24 December 2024
("Quarterly Suspension Update"), incorporating information relating to a material subsidiary
of the group.
In light of the information in the Quarterly Suspension Update, the Cautionary is hereby
withdrawn. Accordingly, shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company's securities.
The Company will continue to provide shareholders with updates on the lifting of the
suspension of trading in its shares, in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements.
