In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following information is
disclosed:
Shareholders are advised of the appointment of Ms Keresia Mtemererwa as Rainbow Company Secretary,
with effect from 1 April 2025.
Keresia is a seasoned attorney with over 15 years of experience. She has held a number of significant senior
roles, such as VP General Counsel/Deputy Company Secretary and Group Legal Advisor for Massmart
Holdings Limited and non-executive director at OK Zimbabwe Limited. Keresia holds an LLB from Rhodes
University and has completed executive development programs at the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
The board of directors welcomes Keresia to Rainbow and would like to thank FluidRock Co Sec (Pty) Ltd for
their contribution to the Company.
