Following the release of the SENS announcement dated 5 December 2024 on the JSE Limited by the IDC, in relation
with the appointment of Ms. Mmakgoshi Lekhethe as Chief Executive Officer, the board of directors of IDC is
pleased to announce that Ms. Lekhethe will commence her responsibilities as the Corporation's Chief Executive
Officer on the 1st February 2025.
The board welcomes Ms. Lekhethe to the IDC and looks forward to her leadership and contribution to the Corporation.
