CHANGE IN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on
21 November 2024 related to the resignation of Mr Robert Michael Head as an independent non-executive
director of the Company and its subsidiaries.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Robert Roux, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as
director on the board of Alexforbes INvest Nominees (RF) Proprietary Limited, registration number
2016/379671/07, effective upon regulatory approval.
