FURTHER NOTICE OF DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on the JSE Limited Stock Exchange
News Service on 20 December 2024, wherein it was advised that the Company's financial results for
the year ended 31 August 2024 ("Financial Results") were anticipated to be released on or about
Thursday, 16 January 2025, due to a delay in the finalisation of the audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 31 August 2024.
Shareholders are advised that the audit process is still underway and that it is anticipated that the
Financial Results will be released on or before Friday, 31 January 2025.
