Zeda Financing has established a R5,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (the
"Programme") pursuant to a programme memorandum dated 13 January 2025 (the "Programme
Memorandum") which was approved and registered on the JSE Interest Rate Market on the 21st of
January 2025.
