in the Issuer's R12,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note and Commercial Paper Programme
Memorandum dated 6 April 2021 (the "Information Statement"), has been updated.
The Information Statement, dated 24 January 2025, is available for inspection through a secure
electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection and will also be made available
for viewing or downloading on www.bidvest.co.za.
