GPI ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 9 December 2024, GPI invites those
shareholders who voted against the remuneration policy and the implementation of the
remuneration policy at the annual general meeting of GPI held on 6 December 2024 to engage
with the Company by submitting written questions or comments to the Company Secretary via
e-mail at ashley@statucor.co.za by no later than the close of business on Friday, 14 February
2025. These shareholders will be granted time at 10h00 on Friday, 21 February 2025 when
the remuneration committee will engage with them via electronic means on the matters raised.
