Corporate Services (Pty) Ltd to TMF Capital Markets Services (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd. The name
change, effective 15 January 2025, results from the acquisition of Stonehage Fleming Corporate
Services (Pty) Ltd by the TMF Group in October 2024.
The registration number of the Company Secretary (2008/020146/07) remains unchanged.
The registered address of the Company Secretary has changed to: TMF Building, 2 Conference Lane,
