Mustek shareholders are referred to the announcement by
Novus Holdings Limited ("Novus") released on SENS
on 28 January 2025

advising that the TRP has granted an extension to the
posting date, in terms of which the offeror circular
will be distributed by Novus to Mustek shareholders
on or about 14 March 2025.
