Noteholders are advised that there will be a council sitting of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality on
31 January 2025 where the Consolidated Annual Financial Statements ("AFS") for the year ended 30 June 2024
and Audit Report will be presented by the auditor general.
The City of Ekurhuleni's council approved AFS and the Audit Report will be uploaded on the Issuer's website
(https://www.ekurhuleni.gov.za/about-the-city/annual-reports/) no later than Friday, 31st of January 2025, if there
are no delays at council or with the auditor general. Noteholders will be advised as soon as the AFS and Audit
Report are available on the City of Ekurhuleni's website.
