DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTH PERIOD ENDED
30 SEPTEMBER 2024
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 30 January 2025 (and using the terms
defined therein unless otherwise stated) wherein it was advised that management was aiming at publishing the
Results before close of business on Friday, 31 January 2025. However, the matters that had led to the delays
in the publication of the Results were not resolved timeously.
Management has subsequently confirmed that these matters have now been addressed and the Company will
be publishing its Results on or before Friday, 7 February 2025.
