Appointment of Non-executive Director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"),
the board of directors of SEAM ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that
Mathabiso Chamane has been appointed as a non-executive director of SEAM effective
from 4 February 2025. As a result she will also be appointed as the Chairman of the Audit
and Risk Committee and as a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
Matha is a member of SAICA holding an AGA(SA) Associate General Accountant
Certification, member of IRMSA as certified risk practitioner, she holds an MBA and has
many years' experience in financial management, strategy management, risk management
and board experience.
The Board welcomes Mathabiso and looks forward to her contribution to the company.
