Resignation of Company Secretary
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Ms Simone Shayanne Gounden has resigned as Company Secretary of Sea Harvest,
effective 30 April 2025.
The Board would like to thank Ms Gounden for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well
in her future endeavours.
The Company will begin the process of appointing a suitable replacement for Ms Gounden and a further
announcement will be made regarding the appointment of a new Company Secretary in due course.
