Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 10 January 2025 regarding the
General Meeting to discuss a number of points raised by certain shareholders.
The General Meeting was held yesterday where all points included in the Notice of General
Meeting were discussed. At the General Meeting the CEO made mention of a potential
transaction which is in its early stage of discussions. As these discussions are preliminary no
cautionary announcement is required at this stage.
Shareholders will be kept up to date in this regard.
