UPDATE ON THE DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited ("JSE") on 31 January 2025 where they were advised that the
release of AYO's financial results for the year ended 31 August 2024 ("Financial Results")
would take place on or about 14 February 2025 due to delays in the finalisation of the audit
of the Financial Results.
While we anticipated releasing our Audited Annual Financial Statement (AFS) on or
about 14 February 2025, the Auditor's Engagement Quality Control Review
(EQCR) confirmed it is not yet finalised. This matter is beyond the direct control of AYO's
management, and AYO takes it seriously to ensure the financial integrity of the results. AYO
expects, therefore, to release the Audited AFS on or before 28 February 2025.
The Company will continue to keep all Shareholders updated.
