CHANGE TO THE BOARD: RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR AND APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Salungano Group ("Board") hereby notifies shareholders that Ms Kabela Maroga has tendered her resignation
as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and executive director of the Company with effect from 18 February 2024 to
pursue new interests.
Mr Jannie Muller, currently the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company's subsidiary, Neosho Trading 86
Proprietary Limited, has been appointed as interim CFO with immediate effect. Ms Maroga will remain with the
Company until 31 March 2025 to ensure the smooth hand over to the interim CFO.
The Board has commenced the process to appoint a suitable replacement CFO and shareholders will be
advised once such an appointment has been made.
