LATE SUBMISSION OF REIT COMPLIANCE DECLARATION
The JSE wishes to advise that the above-mentioned company has failed to submit its REIT Compliance
Declaration pursuant to paragraph 13.49(d) of the JSE Listings Requirements ("Requirements") within
the four-month period stipulated in the Requirements.
Accordingly, holders of securities of the Company are cautioned that the Company's REIT status is
under threat of removal.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
