Retirement of a director
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Michael Ajukwu will
retire as independent non-executive director of the Company with
effect from today, 20 February 2025, having served on the Board in
this capacity since March 2015. He accordingly also steps down as
a member of the Risk & Sustainability and Social, Ethics &
Transformation Committees of the Company.
The Board would like to thank Michael for his significant
contribution to the Company during his tenure and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
