RESIGNATION OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of Afdawn ("the Board") wishes to advise that, as a result of a thorough risk
assessment conducted by PKF Octagon Incorporated ("PKF"), PKF has resigned as the
external auditor of the Company and its subsidiaries, with effect from 5 January 2025.
The Board has commenced the process of appointing new auditors and will advise
shareholders once such appointment has been confirmed.
