Holders of the listed SBEN33 Index Linked Notes ("the Notes")
which are redeeming on 27 February 2025 are informed that the
level of the index was determined and calculated on 20 February
2025 as 81367.38.
Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:
1. Option 1: No elections were received to roll the investment
into a new Note.
2. Option 2: No elections were received to physically settle the
Note.
3. Option 3: Holders instruct Standard Bank to sell the ETFs on
behalf of the holders of the Notes and pay the redemption
amount of such sale of the ETFs to the holder of the Notes,
will receive on 27 February 2025 an amount of 125 680.002
South African cents per the Note equivalent to the value of
the relevant ETFs held by them on the Record Date.
4. After payment of the sale proceeds of the ETFs on Thursday 27
February 2025, the Notes (SBEN33) will be de-listed from the
JSE on Friday 28 February 2025.
