INVESTMENT COMMITTEE
In accordance with paragraph 42 of the JSE Limited Debt and
Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, noteholders are
hereby advised that Ms Ntombifuthi Zikalala Mvelase has been
retired from the Company’s Board Investment Committee with effect
from 21 February 2025 to enable her to focus on the added
responsibilities of her appointment as the Interim Chairman of the Board.
