ISSUE OF NEW GLOBAL BUSINESS LICENCE
The Company is pleased to advise that the final step in the regularisation of the business has
been achieved with the issue of a new Global Business Licence (Licence No.: GB25101325 –
Code: FS-4.1) under section 72(6) of the Financial Services Act.
Numeral has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the
AltX of the JSE.
