Holders of the listed SBEN07 Index Linked Notes ("the Notes")
which are redeeming on 10 March 2025 are informed that the level
of the index will be determined and calculated on 03 March 2025.
Holders of the Notes are advised as follows:
1. The Holder instructs Standard Bank to pay on 10 March 2025 an
amount per a Note equivalent to the value of the Note held by
the Holder on the Record Date.
2. After payment of the sale proceeds of the ETFs on Monday, 10
March 2025, the Notes (SBEN07) will be de-listed from the JSE
on Tuesday, 11 March 2025.
Last Day to Trade: 04 March 2025 (Tuesday)
Suspension Date: 05 March 2025 (Wednesday)
Record Date: 07 March 2025(Friday)
Payment Date: 10 March 2025(Monday)
