In compliance with paragraph 6.15 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Debt & Specialist Securities
Listings Requirements, Sentinel Finco (RF) Limited ("the Issuer") wishes to advise the
noteholders that, after due consideration, PKF Cape Town has been appointed as auditor with
effect from 25 February 2025. The Board confirms that the requirements of paragraphs 6.11 and
6.12 of The Debt & Specialist Securities Listings Requirements have been met.
