APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.75 to 3.78 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, and
further to the 'Resignation of External Auditor' announcement released on SENS on
21 February 2025, shareholders are hereby advised that Afdawn has appointed Badenhorst
Schalekamp and Associates Inc T/A CBS Group as the external auditor of the Company and
its subsidiaries, with Henico Schalekamp as the designated audit partner, with effect from
28 February 2025.
The appointment was initiated by the Company to address the vacancy.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's next annual general
meeting.
