With respect to the disposal of SS-Construções (Moçambique) Limitada as disclosed in the unaudited
condensed consolidated results of Stefanutti Stocks, for the six months ended 31 August 2024 published
on 26 November 2024, and the announcement dated 24 December 2024, Shareholders are advised that
the parties have extended the period for fulfilment or waiver of the condition's precedent to 31 March 2025.
Shareholders will be updated as to progress with respect to the Proposed Transaction.
