VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
The board of directors of Mantengu ("the Board") is pleased to notify its shareholders that Ms Shamim Mansoor
has been appointed as the Company's Chief Investment Officer with effect from 1 March 2025.
Shamim, who is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Accountant (SA), is a globally rated Metals
& Mining Analyst with over 20 years' experience in financial markets and investment banking. She has extensive
experience in equities and commodities, with a proven track record in company analysis, investment decision-
making and delivering insights to listed boards and investors. A respected authority in her field, Shamim will form
part of Mantengu's Executive Committee.
The Board welcomes Shamim in her new role and looks forward to her contribution to the Company's ambitious
growth plans.
