APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of section 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that the Board of Directors of Clientèle hereby confirms
the appointment of Ms. Fatima Roberts as Company Secretary with effect from 1 April
2025.
Ms. Roberts boasts more than 15 years' company secretarial experience within the
financial services sector, with her most recent positions having included serving as
the Assistant Company Secretary for PPS Insurance Company as well as the Assistant
Group Company Secretary of Old Mutual Limited.
