Voluntary Trading Update
Shareholders are hereby advised that Growthpoint expects distributable income per share (DIPS) growth of between 3%
and 4% for the six months ended 31 December 2024, compared to the six-month period ended 31 December 2023. In
line with the performance in the first half of the financial year, Growthpoint has increased its full year DIPS guidance
to DIPS growth of between 1% and 3% for the year ending 30 June 2025.
Further details will be provided on 12 March 2025 when the interim results will be released.
