Pro forma financial information and withdrawal of
cautionary announcement
Mustek shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement
by Novus Holdings Limited released on 6 March 2025,
regarding a supplementary firm intention announcement,
which announcement now includes the pro forma earnings and
asset value per Mustek share as required by regulation
101(7)(b)(iv) of the Companies Regulations.
Mustek shareholders are further referred to the cautionary
announcement released on SENS on Friday, 15 November 2024
and the renewal of cautionary announcement, released on
SENS on Thursday, 2 January 2025, which are hereby
withdrawn.
Accordingly, caution is no longer required to be exercised
by Mustek shareholders when dealing in their securities.
