CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Pieter van der Sandt has stepped down from his
role as company secretary, effective immediately. Sashnee Maistry, the Group's Head of Legal,
Risk and Compliance, will assume the role of company secretary going forward. Sashnee is an
admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and has been with the Group since January
2024.
The Board would like to thank Pieter for his contribution to Burstone during his tenure as company
secretary.
