SECOND-PARTY OPINION
FRB advises noteholders that the FirstRand sustainable finance framework and the second-party opinion issued thereon
have been amended to correct a typing error in the eligibility criteria for the "women in the economy" investment category,
replacing "and" with "or" after ">51% owned by a woman or women;".
The amended FirstRand sustainable finance framework and second-party opinion issued thereon are available for
