NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF 2024 ANNUAL REPORT
Stakeholders are advised that the NEPI Rockcastle's Integrated Annual Report for the year ended
31 December 2024 ("2024 Annual Report"), will be published today, 19 March 2025 on the Company's website.
The 2024 Annual Report incorporates the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, on which
the auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion. The audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2024 contain no changes from the reviewed condensed consolidated financial results published on
25 February 2025.
