CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Kwok Huen Pon, an Independent Non-Executive Director of
SOH has resigned with effect 19 March 2025.
Mr Johannes van Rensburg, currently a Non-Executive Director of SOH, will in turn change his
role to Interim Chairman.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Pon for his valuable and many years of service to the
Company.
